May the Rest of Your Life Be the Best of Your Life!

I was going to do a video, but I hope these words you’re reading capture the essence of my heart behind this message.
Because this is truly coming from the core of my heart.
Some of us have been through so much.
Some of us have experienced so much hardness in life.
So much disappointment.
So much delay.
So many moments where we had to keep going while carrying things we never thought we would have to carry.
And because of that, sometimes hardness can train our eyes to expect more hardness. Sometimes life has been so heavy that when we look out into the world, all we see is what could go wrong, what might fall apart, what may not happen, or what could hurt us next.
But I want to speak something different over you today.
And this is not just a cute saying to me. This is not just a motivational phrase or something nice to post. This is a prayer, a declaration, and a deep desire I have for you:
May the rest of your life be the best of your life.
I mean that.
From here on out, may life begin to feel different in the best way.
May you experience the dream coming true.
May you experience the “finally, it happened.”
May you experience the hard work paying off.
May you walk into the light at the end of the tunnel.
May you experience repetitive joy, not just one good day, but good days that keep finding you.
May you experience the promises of God.
May you experience answered prayers, open doors, divine timing, healing, clarity, peace, and the kind of joy that reminds you that God did not forget about you.
And may your best days not just be ahead of you.
May your best days exist now.
Right here.
In this season.
In this chapter.
In the version of you that is no longer just surviving the story, but finally living in the answer.
There’s actually something called the frequency illusion, also known as the Baader-Meinhof phenomenon. It’s the idea that once something is brought to your attention, you start seeing it everywhere.
Like when someone gets a red Toyota, and suddenly it feels like red Toyotas are on every road.
But the truth is, they were probably already there. Your eyes just became trained to notice them. And I believe life can be like that too.
When we have experienced so much hardness, our eyes can become trained to look for more hardness. We can start expecting disappointment, preparing for pain, and scanning the room for what might go wrong.
But may the rest of your life be different.
May your eyes be retrained to recognize joy.
May your heart be retrained to receive love and peace.
May your spirit be retrained to expect goodness.
May you begin to notice the answered prayers, the open doors, the safe love, the divine timing, the laughter, the softness, and the beauty that may have been present all along.
May this side of life teach your eyes to search for something different.
May your vision no longer be trained only by what hurt you.
May your heart no longer expect only difficulty.
May your spirit no longer brace for disappointment when joy is trying to enter the room.
May you begin to see the blessings that have been looking for you too.
.
And Sincerely, from the bottom of my heart, May the rest of your life be the best of your life.
With Love,

Coach LaQuanda
